Do I need a passport?
Having an updated passport is strongly recommended, but is not required for all cruise passengers.
U.S. citizens over the age of 21 requires a passport.
Visa and Green card holders will need to contact and go to their country’s consulate which should be located in or near your state. Ask them the requirements for going on a cruise leaving and returning to Puerto Rico. They should be able to guide you through that process.
Those who are between the ages of 15 and 20 will need to have a birth certificate and a photo ID if they don’t have a passport.
Children that are 14 and under will need just a birth certificate if they don’t have a passport.
Who and how do I pay for the cruise?
If you are reserving a cabin for 2 people, you need to make a first deposit of $250 per person which will be due by March 23rd, 2018. To make you deposit, call the cruise agency directly at (800)210-9444. To begin your new reservation, you can either talk to our assigned agent Karen Buford at ext.55600. Tell her you are making a new reservation on the Carnival Fascination leaving Puerto Rico on August 26th, 2018. Use the group #8748549. If you can not reach Karen, you can press “1” for the “already have a reservation” option. Then press “2” for the “questions about an existing reservation with 7 or more cabins. When you are connected with an agent, tell them you are making a new reservation on the Carnival Fascination leaving Puerto Rico in group #8748549
Is there a discount for kids?
If your staying in a cabin with 3 or more people, the 3rd and 4th person will have a discounted rate. Technically, there is no child discount, but there is a discount for the 3rd and 4th person, no matter what age they are.
How much is the deposit amount for 3 or more people in a cabin?
It is $250 per person which is due by March 13th, 2018. These room sizes are very limited, and it’s first come, first serve. So make sure call to reserve your room ASAP! Call our cruise agency at (800) 210-9444.
Press “1” when asked if you have questions about an existing reservation. Then press “2” when asked if you have questions about an existing reservations of 7 cabins or more. When speaking with an agent, tell them you are reserving a cabin under group #8748549. They will walk you through the deposit process.

Can I change a cabin member?
Sure you can! You or the new cabin member needs to contact our agent at (800) 210-9444. You can speak directly with our assigned travel agent Karen Buford at ext.55600, or you can press “1” for “already have a reservation” option, then press “2” for “questions about reservations with 7 or more cabins” option.
Can I cancel?
Yes you may. There will be a $35 cancellation fee
Is there a Luggage weight limit?
There is no weight limit. You can bring as many luggages at whatever weight you would like. Keep in mind that there is luggage weight limits for flights, so make sure you luggage size correlates with your airline’s luggage weight limit.
